About Us
The Angel Foundation for Learning was founded by Saginaw High School alumna Krystal Walton
in 2024 to honor the memory and legacy of her "baby brother" Otis O. Washington II,
a Saginaw High School alumnus, who passed away suddenly at age 38 on September 18, 2020.

Otis was passionate about education, discovering one's purpose, and working actively to fulfill that purpose.
Otis discovered his purpose early in life, and he encouraged others to pursue Godly, purposeful living.
The Angel Foundation will continue the legacy of Otis O. Washington II
by supporting dreams and empowering futures at Saginaw United High School.
Our Mission
The mission of The Angel Foundation for Learning is to contribute to the post-secondary education experience for culminating seniors at Saginaw United High School.

Our Vision
The Angel Foundation for Learning envisions a future where culminating seniors of
Saginaw United High School receive funding through The Otis O. Washington II Scholarship
and The Talented 10th Legacy Gift
to pursue post-secondary education opportunities.
